Die Lackierung

Die erste Glanzlackschicht wird oft als "Checklack" bezeichnet. Deutlicher als alle vorherigen Maßnahmen zeigt das Reflektionsergebnis etwaigen Bedarf an Nachbesserungsarbeiten. Bei hohen Ansprüchen eignet sich schwarz. Weiter unten sehen Sie die tatsächliche Endfarbgebung.

 
 
 
 
 
Unterboden und Innenräume erhalten auf den Grundierungen eine schließende Lackschicht, bevor die Schweißnähte versiegelt werden. Die korrekte Farbgebung für Kofferraum und Motorraum folgt später.
 
 
Nach diesem Schritt folgt zunächst die Nahtversiegelung und die Lackierung der Innenräume. (siehe Navigationsleiste) Erst danach erfolgt die Endlackierung.
 
 
 
 
Nach erfolgter Kontrolle und Trockenkammer-Aufenthalt wird die Karosserie zur Montage gebracht, und die Anbauteile werden lackiert. Der schwarze Checklack ist noch zu sehen.
